Aidan Ryan
Program Manager
Email: Aidan@RoseyFields.comAidan graduated from UCLA in 2022 with a B.S. in Marine Biology and a minor in Spanish. His coursework included marine ecology, organic chemistry, statistics, and biochemistry. As a Program Manager Aidan leads a team in preparing high-quality environmental reports that analyze the presence, dispersion, and health impacts of dioxin, PFAS, PCBs, HAPs and other air, soil and water contaminants. His work involves conducting comprehensive risk assessments, including occupational and residential exposure evaluations, and integrating regulatory approaches from agencies like the U.S. EPA and ATSDR to quantify cancer risks and non cancer health effects.

Mahliya Purificacion

Mahliya graduated from UCLA in 2022 with a BS in Environmental Science and a concentration in Environmental Systems and Society. Her coursework included environmental policy, GIS, scientific communication and environmental justice. While at UCLA, Mahliya worked as a Research Assistant for the Longcore lab monitoring and evaluating light pollution in the Central Idaho Dark Sky Reserve. After graduating she has worked on data analytics and earning a certificate in Geographic Information Systems. Since joining RoseyFields, Mahliya has worked on projects related to occupational risk assessments.

Alex Martin

Alex graduated from UCLA in 2022 with a BS in Environmental Science and minors in Atmospheric & Oceanic Sciences and Theater. His studies focused on chemical and biological oceanography, environmental health and air quality, and modeling using GS and other coding software. While at UCLA, Alex participated in research examining the abiotic influences on kop biomass in the Santa Barbara Channel Combining his interest for the arts with his major area of study, Alex completed his senior capstone with the Sustainable Production Alliance building a cost-benefit analysis tool for studios to better understand sustainable decision making practices. At RoseyFields, Alex works on projects relating to air quality modeling, mapping, and health risk assessments.

Carolina Gomez Navarro

Carolina graduated from UCLA in 2023 with a B.S. in Environmental Science, with a concentration in Environmental Systems & Society, and a minor in Geographic Information Systems & Technology. Through her coursework, she built a strong foundation in GIS, environmental policy and regulation, environmental justice, and scientific communication. As an AERMOD Project Manager, Carolina specializes in using air dispersion modeling software to support environmental contamination cases and assists in preparing detailed environmental reports that assess the distribution, concentration, and potential health risks of airborne pollutants.

Ahalya Sabaratnam

Atalya graduated from UCLA in 2024 with a BS in Environmental Science and a concentration in Environmental Systems and Society. Her coursework ranged from environmental policy and politics, GS, environmental justice statistics, coding and conservation. While at UCLA Ahalya worked as a Research Assistant for the Longcore Lab studying and monitoring light pollution in the Central Idaho Dark Sky Reserve. She also worked as an Information Gathering Assistant for the Sustainable LA Grand Challenge Initiative within UCLA where she completed information about California's wildfire regime, researched in a variety of disciplines and aided in data visualization. Since joining RoseyFields, Ahalya has worked on projects related to asbestos, human health risk assessments, and environmental research

Sierra Cheslick

Sierra graduated from UCLA in 2022 with a B.S. in Environmental Science and minors in Environmental Engineering and French. Through her coursework, she gained a background in pollution remediation, environmental policy, and data analysis and visualization. While at UCLA, Sierra worked for the California State Water Resources Control Board to secure funding for water infrastructure projects and conducted research on nitrate contamination in groundwater. After graduation, she taught English in France for a year and spent time traveling in Australia and Southeast Asia. Since joining RoseyFields, Sierra has worked on projects involving occupational risk assessments and environmental health.

Madison graduated UCLA in 2025 majoring in environmental Science with a concentration in Environmental Engineering Her studies focused on the physical chemical and biological processes in the environment and engineering systema Madison was previously part of an environmental engineering where she worked on mitigating the negative impacts of development on water quality using green infrastructure, specifically, she evaluated the effect of wildfire residue on denitrification, modeling these Systems with columns and batch experiments. Madison has worked on projects involving environment research human assessments and air modeling.

He coursework focused on environmental juice, geographic information systems, oceanography, science communication and climate change modeling. He now works on providing occupational exposure assessments.

Amy is a 2025 UCLA graduate with an Environmental Sciences with a concentration in Environmental systems and society. Her studies focused on environmental policy and regulation, data analysis, environmental justice, and geographic information systems Amy conducted a senior practicum project focused on analyzing community solar initiatives in Los Angeles and Meden She previously worked with non-profits, the USDA, Forest Service and UC Berkeley's Case for Occupational and Environment Heath. Any has been helping with data analysis for Ethylene Oxide and FELA projects.

Megan McKenna
Junior Environmental Analyst

Megan is a 2024 graduate of UCLA, where she earned a B.S. in Environmental Science with a concentration in Environmental Systems and Societies. Her academic focus included planetary health, environmental justice, and developing a strong base in GIS and environmental data analytics. While at UCLA, Megan participated in a conservation ecology program in Costa Rica, where she conducted independent research on the distribution of moss species in the cloud forest. For her senior practicum with the Critical Ecology Lab, she studied the impact of intensive agriculture on soil quality and forest regrowth in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.
Megan served as a California Climate Action Corps AmeriCorps member, focusing on food recovery efforts throughout the greater Los Angeles area. She has experience with SB 1383 compliance and is knowledgeable in environmental regulation. Megan joined the RoseyFields team to support AERMOD projects focused on risk assessment mapping.

He has academic and professional experience in GIS, programming, and environmental analysis. As an Environmental Analyst, George specializes in using GIS software to support environmental contamination cases and assists in preparing detailed environmental reports that assess the distribution, concentration, and potential health risks of airborne pollutants.

Claire Arnold

Claire graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2025 with a B.A. in Environmental Studies, minoring in Spatial Science. Her studies focused on geospatial technology, conservation, environmental law and policy, and urban planning. While at UCSB, she worked on research analyzing how urban green space influenced burn severity in the Palisades and Eaton fires in Los Angeles, applying NDVI and dNBR to assess vegetation and post-fire conditions. She also worked with the California Green Business Network in Santa Barbara, helping small businesses achieve green certification through audits and outreach, and now supports the South Bay Green Business Program in the same way. Since joining RoseyFields, Claire has contributed to projects focused on report writing and is training in air modeling.

Neel Bajaria

Neel graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.S. in Environmental Sciences and minors in Data Science and Sustainability. His coursework focused on freshwater ecology, pollution management and remediation, water justice, and programming for environmental data. At UC Berkeley, he was a research assistant in the Ruhi Lab, evaluating water conservation impacts on wastewater discharge and urban freshwater systems in Southern California. Additionally, for his senior thesis, he examined the impacts of legacy mercury mining on the Guadalupe River watershed. At Roseyfields, he works as an exposure assessment analyst for asbestos contamination and other environmental health risks.

Elisabeth Weimar

Elisabeth graduated from the University of Michigan in 2025 with a B.A. in Environmental Studies and a minor in Sustainability. Her coursework included ecology and evolutionary biology, environmental justice, energy and climate change, and business sustainability. She developed strong analytical skills through research on environmental data and technical report writing, and completed a senior project analyzing sustainable transportation systems to support the university’s carbon neutrality goals. Since joining RoseyFields, she has worked on asbestos exposure assessments.

Charles is a 2025 UCLA graduate with a BS in Environmental Science and a concentration in Environmental Health. His coursework included environmental policy, epidemiology, public health, climate change assessment, and environmental data analysis. He also conducted a senior practicum project assessing the impacts of a conservation project on rural agricultural communities in Comeroon. While as UCLA, Charles participated in research under Dr. David Eisenman in the Also Canyon Disaster Health Study, and was a member of Medical Aid Initiative, on organization promoting sustainability within UCLA Health AI SWAPL Charles combines his interests in the fields of Health and Environmental science to work on projects pertaining to personal injury and human exposure to substances.

Sofia is a UCLA student with an expected graduation dose of June 2008 she is majoring in Chemical Engineering with a concentration in Energy and the Environment and a minor in Atmospheric & Oceanic Sciences Her studies focus on the intersection of sustainable energy, climate change mitigation, and chemical process engineering Sofia is multilingual, with fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish, and conversational proficiency in Chinese she has international work experience in environmental engineering and consultancy in both Italy and the United States. Since joining RoseyFields Sofia has worked on projects pertaining to environmental PFAS, ethylene oxide and heavy metals.

Beth Glickman

Beth Glickman graduated Cal State Los Angeles with a bachelors in Business Administration. Beth has been part of the SWAPE Family since graduating in 2007. She now is contracted out through her own separate business, Sum Operations, LLC. Mrs. Glickman serves as a trusted colleague providing support for Administrative Services, including bookkeeping for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Business Management. Sum Operations also provides HR Services, including processing payroll and employee hiring.
